Mr. Kemp is the Chief Operating Officer of Kemp Partners and oversees all aspects of client relationships, corporate finance, accounting, legal, human resources and internal company operations. Mr. Kemp played eight seasons as a quarterback in the Canadian Football League, finishing his career with the Toronto Argonauts. Mr. Kemp is also Chairman of the Board for the Hope Academy Public Charter School .
